Section 9
Presenter's Rights
(1) The presenter shall have the right to perform the following actions:-
(a) broadcast or communicate his presentation to the public,
(b) determining the manner or means of presenting and reproducing its presentation,
(c) presenting his presentation or copies thereof to the public for the first time by sale or transfer or change of ownership,
(d) rent a copy of your presentation,
(e) making available to the general public the presentation produced by the prescribed method or means through wired or wireless devices; (f) modify or amend your submissions.
(2) Once the presenter has given permission for his presentation to be included in the audio-visual medium, he shall not be allowed to exercise the right mentioned in sub-section (1) again.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the presenter has tampered or fragmented his presentation in such a way that it is detrimental to the presenter's right to maintain his identity as the presenter of the live audio presentation and the presentation adapted to sound recording and to claim the same and his reputation or reputation; or In case of distortion in any other way, it will have the right to stop such action.
(4) Nothing written in this section shall be deemed to have any effect on the right of the presenter to enter into an agreement or agree to such conditions as to benefit more from his presentation or to receive more facilities.
(5) The rights granted to the presenter in accordance with this section shall continue for fifty years from the year of adjustment to the sound equipment, and if no such adjustment is made, for fifty years from the year of such presentation.
